The convenience of modern California living in the heart of Laguna Hills

Where Community Lives

Welcome to Village at Laguna Hills. Here, community values and neighborhood charm come together to make the most of what Orange County has to offer. From tree-lined parks and friendly neighbors to local cafés and casual nights out, this is a place built for connection. At the heart of it all is Village Park—a vibrant, welcoming space designed to bring people together for everyday moments and unforgettable experiences alike.

Neighborhood

With nearly 1,500 homes available including multifamily rentals, for sale townhomes and single family detached ownership options, we're proud to offer a variety of options to suit individuals, families and seniors.

Hotels

In response to growing demand and to bring additional transient occupancy tax revenues to the City of Laguna Hills, the project will now include two hotels rather than one.

Village Park

This dynamic open space will host concerts, movies, farmers markets, food trucks, and more. It will also have seating, private walking paths, and space for community traditions like holiday tree lighting.

Retail & Dining

150,000 square feet of bustling experiential retail, featuring a specialty grocer, local favorites, and plenty of popular restaurants and shops, all centered around the newly relocated and highly amenitized Village Park.

Affordable Housing

A dedicated building for 200 below market-rate housing units designed to match the rest of the master-planned architecture and programmed to support seniors and veterans - fostering a sense of community and security.

The Evolution of Village at Laguna Hills

Village at Laguna Hills is accelerating its realization with a refined plan reflective of several seismic changes that are occurring in consumer behavior and real estate demand fundamentals. Some of the most prominent changes include the fall off in demand for commercial office space, a persistent demand for for-sale housing options, and a shift in consumer retail and entertainment patterns. The 2022 Development Agreement contemplated the ability to respond to these changes over time, which is what is now being pursued.

As part of this evolution, the plan places a renewed focus on Village Park—a vibrant community gathering space now relocated to a more prominent position near El Toro Road and the medical center. This updated site plan enhances the walkable, connected layout of the project, while embracing Spanish Colonial Revival architecture, expanding housing and hospitality offerings, and creating a dynamic, inclusive destination at the heart of the city.
